Welcome to Gwendon, a Scandi-inspired stylish, contemporary holiday cottage in a semi-rural peaceful setting, yet within walking distance to the historic copper kingdom town and port of Amlwch. Boasting magnificent views of the Irish Sea to the front and views over Bull Bay from the garden top patio, the self catering cottage provides a quiet quality retreat to get away from it all, yet only a stroll away from the Anglesey Coastal Path, with access to a small sandy cove at low tide, with tropical coloured waters (shhh, we don’t want everyone to know this …)

We are super dog-friendly and accept multiple dogs/pets. The beautiful large enclosed garden is loved by all our guest dogs!

We’re a stone’s throw from the coastal path and a 6-minute walk to Traeth Dynion, commonly known as ‘The Creek’, a historic Amlwch landmark. Check out our drone footage to get a sense of this fabulous location and stunning scenery.

We love dogs and have two of our own, so we welcome well-behaved dogs (contact us if you have more than three pets or large animals and we’ll try our best to accommodate). The coastal path is on our doorstep, with breathtaking walks walks straight from the door.

Close to the main A5025, it’s ideally situated within 30-40 minutes drive to anywhere on this beautiful Isle, making it an ideal base to explore Anglesey and North Wales.

Hello and welcome! We are Ged & Neil and we’d love to welcome you to the stunning Isle of Anglesey and our beautiful home, Gwendon.

We bought the house in September 2021 after falling in love with it. It needed some work and so we embarked on a full renovation. We’ve renovated to a very high standard to make a stylish pet-friendly holiday cottage for guest to enjoy. It’s been hard work but a labour of love and we’re confident you’ll be pleased with the results.
