Our Story!
Thank you for looking around our holiday home! We are Ged & Neil and we live in Manchester with our teenager, Louis, and our two Manchester Terrier dogs. We purchased Gwendon in September 2021. We fell in love with the house at first sight and knew this was the perfect place for both a holiday home for our family and guests. We plan on making this our forever home once Louis finishes his education.
Gwendon loosely translates to ‘crest of the wave‘ in Welsh. Having wonderful sea views, it’s the perfect name for this cosy bungalow.
The house has had a complete rewire and has been renovated to a very high standard with quality fixtures and fittings.

Ged
Does the Techie stuff
Co-owner of Gwendon. Ged works full time in Technical Customer Services for a fashion B2B software company. She does everything tech-related, from the website, marketing and social media, as well as the day-to-day running of Gwendon.
NEIL
Does the building stuff
Co-owner of Gwendon. Neil is pretty handy on the tools and is a trained cabinet maker by trade. His daytime job is a highly-skilled kitchen fitter. He's the hands-on guy - kitchen, bathroom, flooring, general building - you name it, he's had a hand in it!
Louis
Does the Teenage stuff
Ged & Neil's son. Spends a considerable amount of time at Gwendon 'testing' the snuggler sofa, from a quality perspective, of course. Keeps a tight reign on quality checking the media wall, internet and, surprise surprise, the bottom bunk bed.
Jaffa & Bling
Do dogsbody stuff
The family four-legged members. A canine-team of son and mum, their duties include guarding their hoomans from all predators, including (in no particular order), delivery drivers, insects, posties, birds, passing dogs. Specialises in barking & garden zoomies.
